A combined 81% of homes are found from the Internet or real estate agent- and real estate agents find homes almost exclusively online.
Why is this important?
Because it shows that almost all homes are found using the Internet. I capitalize on this for my sellers and make sure that they have a perfect Internet presence, from including professional photos to being selective in the wording I use in home descriptions.
