Here in Utah, I think it’s safe to say we love us some mixed drinks. And I’m talking Swig, Sodalicious… you get me, right?
The question for today, though, is:
WHY do we spend more for a drink from Swig when we get the same thing at a Maverick gas station?
My answer?
Convenience!
I have four kids. The thought of unbuckling, unloading, and hauling all of them inside of a gas station just for a soda… hardly seems worth it!
Now with Swig, on the other hand- I breeze through the drive-thru, get a perfectly mixed drink, and sometimes a free cookie or drink!
Allow me to make a comparison with real estate.
Maverick sodas is like selling your home by yourself. WAY more effort and pain. A good Realtor, on the other hand, is like going to Swig. Everything works better and your time is saved. It might cost a little bit more, but it’s worth it.
Now, a GREAT Realtor on the other hand- that’s like the free cookie and drink! Not only do you get the ease and time saved- but you make MORE money with a good Realtor than you would have if you did it yourself!
So, save on time, effort- get yourself that free drink and cookie. Hire the best Realtor!
