2019 year in review!! Just for fun, here are some real estate statistics about 2019!!
Interest rates: The highest was 4.4% on January 31st. The lowest was 3.6% on August 15th.
27,758 homes sold in Utah and Salt Lake counties in 2019.
The cheapest home sold in Utah and Salt Lake counties was a trailer in Taylorsville for $9,000.
The cheapest condo sold in Utah and Salt Lake counties was $79,000 in Springville.
The most expensive home sold in Utah and Salt Lake counties was in Holladay at $6,700,000.
State-wide, we sold 888 homes that cost over $1,000,000.
And lastly- just for kicks- in 2019, the most expensive house ever sold in Utah was sold for $32,500,000 (and the agent works with me in my office! It was a fun one to watch go through!)
