Our team at Seasons Real Estate now has added Matterport technology to our showings. We had purchased and utilized this technology BEFORE the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to help our seller’s homes stand out and to assist out-of-state buyers, but with the advent of the virus, it has become crucial for home buyers and sellers.
If you’re not familiar with the technology, it is filmed in such as was as to basically allow you to feel as if you are walking through the home, even though you’re only watching it through a screen. You can see up, down, around and move side to side so you get a wonderful feel for the home without taking a physical step through it.
