How Real Estate Agents Pick and Choose Their Preferred Lending Partners


I was recently interviewed by RealTrends for an article on how we select the lenders who we send our clients to work with. There is a huge disconnect in the real estate industry of agents who send clients to their preferred lenders, because the lenders will pay for some or all of the agents marketing expenses. We made it a rule that our clients needs will always come before our own (as it should be)  and with that, we only recommend lenders who are the best fit for our clients needs.
